Templates
Settings → Email templates. The automatic emails — reminders, receipts, progress reports — are all editable there, along with your own reusable ones.

Write and send
Pick a recipient and write the message. It goes into the queue and out over SMTP.

Let AI draft it
“Draft with AI” writes a first version from a one-line brief. Read it over before you send.

Tips

Every automatic email has a “Reset to default” button, so experimenting with the wording is safe.
