Card payments, online classes, WhatsApp and a help center.

• NewParents can pay tuition by card. Connect your own Stripe account in Settings → Card payments; the money goes straight to you, never through us.
• NewAutopay: parents can save a card and have invoices charged on the due date. A failed card is retried up to three times, then left for you to follow up.
• NewOnline classes get their own meeting link — Google Meet, Zoom or Teams, one link for the whole course, shown in the parent app and in class reminder emails.
• NewWhatsApp reminders for tuition, sent alongside email rather than instead of it.
• NewHelp center with searchable guides, and support tickets you can raise from inside the app.
• NewThis changelog, and a status page showing whether the service is healthy right now.
• NewManage your own subscription: apply a promo code, update the card on file, download invoices and receipts, and cancel — all from Settings → Plan & billing, without emailing us.
• NewAdd-ons can be bought and removed from the billing page. They're prorated from the day you add them, so you don't pay a full month for a few days.
• NewReminder emails before anything changes: trial ending, annual renewal, access ending after a cancellation, and — most importantly — before data is deleted.
• BetterCancelling now means what our terms say: full access until the end of the period you paid for, then read-only, then the database is deleted 30 days later unless you reactivate.
• BetterIntegration keys and plan prices are now managed in the platform console instead of requiring a redeploy.
• FixedThe add-on prices on our pricing page are now generated from the same catalogue that bills you, so the page cannot advertise something you can't buy.
